2017 Client satisfaction survey results

We care about the work we produce for our clients, and every year we ask them to tell us what they think about our work. Below is a summary of the most relevant results and conclusions from our 2017 client satisfaction survey.

  • 100% of our survey respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with the quality of our translation and transcreation services.
  • While fewer clients take advantage of our production, consulting or creative services, 100% of those who did were very satisfied.
  • 100% of our clients were very satisfied with the level of client service we provide in regards to understanding their needs, accessibility and responsiveness as well as professional know-how. They also appreciated our ongoing efforts to understand their products and business.
  • With ever-decreasing turnaround times, we are proud that 100% of our clients responsible for scheduling were very satisfied or satisfied with their project turnaround times.
  • Our efforts to increase efficiency and productivity continue to pay off for our clients. 100% of respondents in charge of budgets were very satisfied with the value for their money.
  • Most of all, we are proud that – as in previous years – we just do not seem to have any dissatisfied clients!
