Client Survey

TripleInk has finalized their 2008 Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey was completed by 26 participants, which represents a response rate of approx. 29%. Below is a summary of the most relevant results and conclusions. You can also click on the link at the bottom of this page for detailed responses.

  • Translation & Transcreation is the most important service that we provide to our clients, followed by Type/Layout Production, Multicultural Consulting, Creative and Design, Interactive Production, and Audio-Visual Production.
  • 88.5% of respondents are either Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our Translation & Transcreation services. 11.5% did not rate this category.
  • 100% of respondents are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our client service in regards to understanding and meeting clients' needs, accessibility and responsiveness, and professional know-how.
  • 92.5% of respondents are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the quality of our client service in regards to project turnaround and understanding of their products and business. 7.5% were neutral and/or did not rate these categories.
  • 88.5% are Satisfied or Very Satisfied with the value for their money. 11.5% were neutral on this question.
  • 100% of respondents stated that we met their expectations and that projects were delivered on time.

Conclusions:

  • Our clients’ responses indicate a high degree of satisfaction, with 100% satisfaction ratings for the quality of our client services in 3 important areas and for meeting client expectations!
  • While we have seen increases in client satisfaction in all categories, one is especially important at a time when budgets are being cut everywhere: value for your money. This indicates that our efforts to increase efficiency and productivity without compromising quality are paying off for our clients, literally!
  • Not all aspects of our services are of equal importance to all our clients. We will continue to provide high quality translations and transcreations, while also developing those services that our clients will need more of in the future, such as website localization.
  • The more we know about our clients’ business and products, the better we can serve our clients. We will continue to deepen our knowledge within the scope of our assignments.
